Markets in Bayonne

Always drawn to the local markets, can't help it. Discovering new product and seeking out goods that have only been read about but never seen, let alone tasted.
John made a couple of purchases, Rillette du Canard, done three different ways and some tasty Black Pudding from the south west region of France, supposedly quite different from the Scottish job. The selection of produce was amazing but sadly we're only here for one whole day and must not buy with our eyes!
