The Toulousian Sausage
This was high on the list of must do's for John. We went to the markets and purchased our sausage, you buy it by the length, and took him home to cook, along with a few other goodies.
The kitchen in this apartment The Citadines is very restricted, only 2 cooking hobs and a microwave oven. There's little space to prepare stuff and limited untensils, so it's always a bit of a challenge.
Still, he has done it, it made him happy, and it was very tasty. If fact, he could do it again. Served with pureed carrot and Puy lentils it was very French. We'll have none of that mash and peas rubbish!
